Our founder and lead designer Michael Berard turned his passion for design and mathematics into an architecture degree. After more than a decade working on large commercial construction projects, Michael realized how sterile the designs were.

As little as it needs us, people need nature. Modern architecture lacks consideration for biophilia that not only improves spacial aesthetics, but the well being of its occupants. 

Michael started Mossaics to provide the design world an installer of biophilia that has an in-depth understanding of space, construction, and the nuances they contain.
