One we receive an inquiry, we will reach out as soon as possible. We'll schedule a consultation and work with you to ensure we share a design vision for your project. From there, we'll use this information to put together a personalized quote and schedule.
Fabrication durations depend on the size of the piece, but standard sizes found in our shop are typically a 4-6 week process.
We'll start production on your custom piece upon receipt of 50% payment, with the final balance due upon either shipping or delivery.
Unless you are ordering one of the pre-made Mossaics from our shop, your piece will be 100% custom. Each piece is hand-made using natural materials that have similar characteristics, but nature isn't perfect.
If you'd like your Mossaic to match an example you've seen on our site, just ask and we'll help you achieve a similar look!
Due to the custom nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is anything wrong with your piece or you're not happy with your purchase, contact us immediately and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Since all of our pieces are unique, the chances of a similar piece returning to stock is low. However, if there's one you're looking for feel free to reach out!
